Don’t know, but at a meeting this week of the Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable, Tim King from Massey said that the rent was $125/SF and the tenant was a very well known 100-year old food manufacturing company, that was opening up a retail outlet. That was supposed to be a big hint, but I’m still stumped. Any ideas?
